Aside from the usual guarantees and warranties, your system is fully supported by us, personally, for the first year of its life, all within the initial fee. Should you have any problems, we can sort them out, either remotely or through a pre-arrange visit.
It is common, with manufacturers, to develop their products and software during its lifetime. Often a simple firmware update sorts out any niggles, though on occasions, it is necessary to visit your home to take a closer look.
Beyond the warranty period, we are happy to visit you to service, repair or replace any item, should it ever develop faults, but most things can usually be sorted in a quick phone call. We promise to always be transparent with any associated costs.
